Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
All items are in stock and are usually dispatched within the same day (for orders received before 14.00 pm Monday to Friday) or within 24 hours subject to availability. Please note that items purchased on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Packages are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking number and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to chosen method (Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Special Delivery™ 1:00 pm).

We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local postal service or International Customs inspection. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as a cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods deducting our shipping costs. The Delivery charge will not be refunded or with FREE shipping we will deduct our shipping cost from product price.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging. If your item is not delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
Returns In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will either replace the item from you or refund you in full. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you. Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 30 working days as per the Distant Selling Regulations. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Customers must notify us by email within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted item
Please be advised that the following charges may apply if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item ordered:
- Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Customer not at home) = We will deduct out shipping cost and packing 0.45p
- In the event that an item is returned by the courier as a non-delivery and the goods are still required the above charges shall be levied plus & reshipping costs and packing
- In the event that an item is returned to us by the curier as customer not collected from Loca delivery office = We will deduct our shipping cost and packing from refund In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund
Please note under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 14 working days cooling off period to inform us of your intent to return for the above reasons for which you shall be liable for the return costs. VERUMVITAE LTD reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund according to condition of goods returned. They also include goods that have a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken.
