Description
CMC (CarboxyMethylCellulose) glue from sugar for food - granular powder with a white or light yellow color, tasteless and odorless. CMC is soluble in hot and cold water and sugar solutions.

The use of CMC:
It is used for bonding modeling figures. Is added to the sugar mass or it is made from a sugar glue. It is used to make fondant, gluten-free baked goods, ice cream, salad dressings, etc.
How to use:
1 level teaspoon of CMC add to 30 ml of boiled warm water and mix. Then leave the solution for 2 hours.
The product may contain gluten, mustard, nuts, peanuts, celery, sesame, soy.
