NETTLE - herbs to be infused in bags.

Each bag contains 1.5 g of dried and crushed nettle herb (Urtica dioica).

Properties:

• Nettle (a herbal plant from Poland) has a positive effect on the body.
• Supports the proper functioning of the urinary system.
   

How to use:
2 times a day, 1 cup of infusion prepared from 1 tea bag.

A method of preparing:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one bag. Infuse, covered, for 5-10 minutes.

Contraindications:

• Do not use in people who are hypersensitive to nettle herb
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet
• To maintain proper health, you should follow a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle
