Green Robusta coffee contains up to twice as much caffeine as the popular Arabica coffee from Brazil, and also contains more antioxidant substances. According to many sources, the substances contained in green coffee support fat burning and detoxification of the body. The increased caffeine content of green ground Robusta coffee has a strong effect on stimulation and increased concentration.
Green Robusta coffee from India supports weight loss, helps maintain a slim figure and removes unnecessary toxins from the body. As mentioned, this coffee has a stimulating effect thanks to up to twice the natural caffeine content of Arabica. An infusion of green Robusta coffee can be used as a substitute for energy drinks.
To improve, or change the taste, it can be enriched with fruit juices or spices. How to prepare green Robusta coffee?
Proceed in the same way as for Arabica.
To brew green coffee correctly, stick to the instructions below:
- pour 5-7g of ground green Robusta (1-2 teaspoons) per 200ml into a cup
- pour in hot water, but not boiling, preferably 85-90°C
- after about 5-7 minutes the green coffee infusion is ready to drink
You can also brew Robusta green coffee in paper filters, French press or tea strainers.
You can enrich the taste of your green coffee infusion by adding lemon juice or fresh orange juice.
